Carlos Alcaraz of Spain, who is scheduled to compete in the men’s event at the Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships 2026, claimed his first Australian Open men’s singles title. With this victory, he became the youngest player in the Open Era to complete a Career Grand Slam (winning all four major championships).

The top-seeded Alcaraz defeated fourth seed Novak Djokovic of Serbia 2–6, 6–2, 6–3, 7–5 in the final, securing his seventh Grand Slam title.

Tickets for the men’s event at the Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships 2026 are scheduled to go on sale sequentially from late May.
